We are currently looking for a Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. This person will be responsible for assisting the sales team with various tasks that support the effort to rapidly increase our annual recurring revenue. The position will report to the Director of Sales, and it provides a great opportunity to have immediate impact while learning about all aspects of the organization to set the stage for career advancement.

This full-time independent contractor position conveniently allows you the flexibility to work from a home office.

Responsibilities:

  • New lead generation

  • Advance existing leads in Salesforce.com

  • Respond to new sales queries from various sources

  • Assist Director of Sales in securing online demos and with various requests to support the sales organization

  • Help on-board new customers and transition them from Sales to Support

  • Utilize Salesforce.com to track all leads and opportunities through the life-cycle

  • Provide weekly and monthly updates via Saleforce.com reports and dashboards and meet established goals

  • Assist with troubleshooting

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or related field, or equivalent in experience

  • 2+ years of experience in a professional environment

  • Technologically savvy, with ability to quickly learn Salesforce.com and other internal systems

  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, excellent customer service skills, and must be detail oriented

  • Dynamic, motivated self-starter capable of high productivity in a remote work environment

  • Experience in the travel industry a plus
