Web ResManager
ResLogic, Inc launched the Phase I release of the new WebResManager travel reservation
and management system on March 15th, 2006.
This much anticipated upgrade now allows your company to realize
greater efficiency and improved productivity, enabling you to
increase sales revenue and profitability. The new agent interface
is extremely user-friendly and eliminates the need for extensive
agent training. Outlined below are some of the key features and
functionality.

- New graphical browser-based interface makes the system
easier to navigate and more user-friendly, minimizing the
initial training time required.
- WebResManager can be accessed from anywhere with internet
access and a web browser.
- Improved customer and reservation search functionality
and navigation.
- Easy creation of detailed custom quotes and reservations.
- Comprehensive reservation display. All relevant information
is easily visible to the reservations agent (reservation details;
customer details; passenger information; payment schedule;
customer receipts; vendor payments; etc).
- Customized product search filters.
- Integrated proposal, confirmation, and document letter e-mailing
capability.
- Improved vendor search capability with the ability to control
the content displayed and to sort the results by the various
criteria (by price, unit type, location, preference, etc.).
- Integrated credit card capture and processing utilizing
Verisign’s PayFlow Pro.
- Integration with Apollo/Galileo to display and sell both
published and private fares. Reservation agents are able to
search for flights and create air records using our FlightManager
integration without having to access the GDS.
- Custom reservation reporting functionality – create
custom interactive reports on the fly; send them to co-workers;
save, print, e-mail them; export to Excel.
- Standalone (bulk/private fare) airfare management system
- Integrates with FlightManager for shopping and booking published
and private airfares in real time via the GDS
- Group air management: Tracks all of your group air blocks
and critical deposit due and release dates
