ResLogic representatives, Gary Nicoll and Rob Hughes attended Mountain Travel Symposum, an industry conference for mountain travel tour operators and suppliers. The event was hosted in Squaw Valley and provided renowned keynote speakers and informative presentations as well as a valuable opportunity to meet with other attendees and existing customers.

ResLogic representatives, Gary Nicoll and Rob Hughes attended the annual spring conference for Ski Tops, an industry conference for North American ski tour operators and suppliers. This year, the show was held in Lake Louise, Canada at the renowned Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise. The timing of the event coincided with the launch of the new Web ResManager and feedback was extremely positive from customers and prospects alike.

ResLogic releases Phase 1 of the new Web ResManager - the agent interface is now complete and rolling out. This new product is the latest upgrade to an already superior travel reservations product. The new graphical interface is intuitive and easy-to-use but includes enhanced functionality in the back-end for sales representatives and agents. The next phase will include enhanced vendor/supplier features including an extranet which will allow your vendors and suppliers to log in, control and change their pricing, inventory and much more, all the while saving you time and money.

ResLogic prepares to launch the much anticipated Web ResManager with an expected launch date of March 15, 2006. The new web interface provides travel agents with enhanced usability and requires little training time for new staff to start working the phones. ResLogic's travel reservation system has been greatly improved providing the same full featured functionality and now an enhanced user-friendly and intuitive agent interface. The new web interface will also increase a vacation provider's ability to support remote agents. ResLogic's travel booking software is now by far, one of the best products on the market.

Kim Godard joins the ResLogic team as our new programmer and network support representative. Kim is an accomplished web developer / software project manager with 6 years experience in the travel industry. Prior to this, he was a network administrator with BellSouth and Pfizer Pharmaceuticals. Born and raised in Boulder, Colorado, he graduated from the University of Miami, FL, and lived in New York for 5 years before returning to Colorado, where he now lives with his wife, Amber, and 2 children: Gabe (4) and Autumn (1). Also a musician, he studied jazz and classical guitar in college, and has played in numerous bands in Florida, New York and Colorado.

Charleen Manzo joins our ResLogic Support Team with 12+ years of experience in various aspects of the travel industry. Her skill base spans air and cruise GDS systems as well as extensive knowledge with both US and European rail travel. She has been instrumental in the creation, development, testing, and execution of product and processes for several databases and booking engines, including ResLogic. She looks forward to using her diverse reservations training and destination experience in helping the support needs of our ResLogic customers.

Rob Hughes joins the ResLogic team as our Director of E-Marketing. Rob brings a great deal of versatility directly related to the travel industry. His skills range from web marketing and advertising to sales and multi-media promotions. Rob most recently operated his own web design, marketing and consulting business following over 8 years with the joint venture destination marketing company and tour operator; Ski Banff-Lake Louise-Sunshine. He has an intimate knowledge of the ResLogic family of products and their implementation on travel websites. Rob's specific experience in the ski industry will compliment our services and serve to better assist our customers and their goals.

Gary Nicoll joins the ResLogic team as our new Director of Sales & Marketing. Gary brings 15 years of travel industry experience to ResLogic. His background includes management and ownership roles with a well-known ski tour operator. Most recently, he held the Director of Product Development position for a large multi-brand travel wholesaler. Gary has used the ResLogic products as a customer for several years. He has an intimate knowledge of these products – from the Travel Reservation System to the integration of the Internet Reservation Engine and all steps in between. Gary will have many different responsibilities in his new role with us and his years of experience with our product line will help both existing and new customers alike.

Marisol Nazario joins the ResLogic team as our new Support Center Manager. Marisol joins us with an extensive travel industry background. Her experience ranges from reservations and support responsibilities for both a small travel agency as well as a large travel wholesaler. She has been a tour group leader, is knowledgeable with various airline GDS systems, and has been involved with contracting, inventory maintenance, and the product build process for ResLogic. She possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills and is looking forward to assisting you with your support needs.
