SkiBig3 was in the process of redesigning their website, and they wanted
to update their site to make it more interactive, competitive and compelling
to use by their customers. SkiBig3 wanted to provide its customers with
the convenience of online booking but, until this year, had only given
their customers the ability to fill out a Vacation Request Form that
would then have to be manually built by their reservation agents.

" I'm amazed!...wow they are pouring in!!" was Cathy Geisler's,
SkiBig3's Director of Operations, initial reaction two days after ResLogic's
Internet Reservation Engine was first launched from their website. Not
only was Geisler pleasantly surprised with the number of online trip
quotes being generated, but she was even more surprised at the number
of bookings made online without the customer talking to a reservation
agent during the process.
Improved backend efficiencies
SkiBig3 Vacations would have had to hire additional reservation agents
to have manually created the thousands of trip quotes that were created
automatically online by the customers themselves. Not only is this saving
SkiBig3 in salaries, it's giving the consumer a convenience and tool
that they want.
Seamless Website Integration
ResLogic worked directly with SkiBig3's website designers to integrate
the Internet Reservation Engine into their new website's design and
navigation. The modular design of the Internet Reservation Engine allows
for a tremendous amount of flexibility when it comes to design and layout
of web pages. Many of their original static product content pages have
been replaced by the IRE's new dynamic content engine.
Specials Deals
According to Geisler, the ability to easily "promote and fulfill
deals" was a key factor for them in deciding to use ResLogic's
Internet Reservation Engine. SkiBig3 also uses the specials in the system
to track specific advertising campaigns.
Tour Operator Channel
SkiBig3 also handles lift ticket and lesson sales for ski tour operators
offering their destination. They will now be able to offer their tour
operator customers the ability to privately login-in and book their
lift ticket and lessons products using a tiered pricing model online
using the Internet Reservation Engine.
